What to Expect at the Glass Fusing Kids Course
In the Glass Fusing Kids Course, children will explore the vibrant world of glass art and create their own colourful glass pieces. This hands-on workshop introduces young artists to glass fusing, where they’ll design and assemble unique projects like glass art, coasters, soap dishes, trinket bowls, and more. Kids will learn how to work safely with glass pieces, confetti, stringer rods, and embellishments, bringing their creative visions to life. The glass items will be kiln-fired to create stunning, finished pieces that can be picked up two weeks later.
- Learn glass fusing techniques: Design and assemble colourful glass pieces.
- Create unique glass projects: Make coasters, soap dishes, trinket bowls, and more.
- Work with glass safely: Learn how to handle and work with glass pieces and embellishments.
- Kiln firing included: Glass creations will be kiln-fired, ready for collection in 2 weeks.
- Postage available: Option to have items posted at an additional cost.
- Pack a lunch: If attending both sessions, children are welcome to bring a packed lunch.

- If Artworks UK needs to reschedule or cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.
