Returns & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the course date are eligible for a full refund or transfer.
- Cancellations made within 14 days may not be refundable, however we will always do our best to offer an alternative date where possible.
- If Artworks UK needs to reschedule or cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.
