By purchasing any kids' course or workshop through Artworks UK, I agree to the following terms and conditions and provide consent for the use of photography that may include my child.
Parental Consent & Acknowledgement
I give permission for my child to participate in Artworks UK arts and crafts sessions without my presence. I understand and acknowledge the following:
1) Supervision & Safety
Workshops will be conducted by a qualified member of the Artworks UK team who will provide reasonable supervision. However, I acknowledge that no environment is entirely risk-free.
2) Use of Materials
My child will be using a range of art and craft supplies and tools, including (but not limited to) scissors, glue, paints, and other materials. I understand that accidental spills, stains, or minor injuries such as small cuts or scrapes may occur during normal class activities.
3) Medical Emergencies
In the event of an accident or emergency, I authorise the Artworks UK team to administer basic first aid and, if necessary, seek professional medical attention for my child. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
4) Liability Waiver
I agree not to hold Artworks UK, its staff, or the venue responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the course of the workshop.
5) Behaviour & Dismissal
If my child displays disruptive behaviour or acts in a manner that endangers themselves or others, they may be asked to leave the class. I understand that I will be contacted immediately and required to collect my child.
6) Child Collection
I confirm that I, or a person authorised and stated at drop-off, will collect my child at the end of the session.
7) Photography & Artwork Use
By attending Artworks UK sessions, I give permission for photographs to be taken of my child’s artwork and workshop activities. While children may occasionally appear in the background of such photos, images will be used only for promotional and documentation purposes by Artworks UK.
By booking a course at the time of booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
