Refund policy

At Artworks UK, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures fairness while allowing us to manage bookings effectively.
1. Class Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:
• 28 days or more notice – Full refund provided.
• 14 to 27 days notice – 50% refund provided.
• Less than 14 days notice – Non-refundable, but you may transfer to an alternative class date (subject to availability).
• No-show on the day – Non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Rescheduling a Class
If you provide less than 14 days’ notice, you may transfer your booking to an alternative date, subject to availability. Requests for rescheduling must be made in writing via info@artworksuk.co.uk
3. Class Cancellations by ArtworksUK
In rare cases where we must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., tutor illness or venue issues), we will offer:
• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule to a later date.
4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
To request a refund or reschedule your booking, please email info@artworksuk.co.uk with your name, booking details, and reason for cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days using the original payment method.
