Pottery

An introduction to throwing pottery on the wheel. Learn to shape, centre and refine your pots. You will have the opportunity to make 2 functional and decorative pottery pieces which will then be fired. One which is wheel thrown and the other which will be hand built. There will be 4 pottery wheels in the art room so time will be split between throwing and learning to make a coil pot.

The items will be left for glazing and firing and will be ready for collection roughly 3 weeks later.
